This week, we will be applying our knowledge of the food groups and healthy eating to design a healthy sandwich for Henry VIII's banquet.  We think the children are definitely able to teach Henry a thing or two about eating more healthily!

Have a look at the picture of the eatwell plate on the worksheet and choose four sandwich ingredients to use.  Can you explain why they will be good in your sandwich?  How do they help you and your body?
