Transition Challenge - Week Four

Hello Cormorants and Seahorses! We hope you are having a wonderful holiday and were able to interview your family members or find some information online about personal experiences of the war . We would love to see what you have found out so get in touch with us on Twitter to tell us what you found out.

When we come back to school in September, before we start our first topic we will be taking part in a whole school project based on the book "Here We Are" by Oliver Jeffers. This is a wonderful book all about our beautiful planet and the world that we live in. We will be looking at how we can look after our planet and how we can be kind to ourselves and other people to try to ensure that we live in a happy world. 

In the book Jeffers looks at the stars and the solar system around our planet. This week we are setting you a space themed task to explore the constellations in the night sky by creating a constellation viewer.
