Please work through the PPT below, recapping some previous learning.

Lesson 2 - Assessment

We will be carrying out our termly assessment.  If your child is off, they will complete this when they return to school.

Please see below for the link to the White Rose Maths videos for the Autumn Term (you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page).  If there is anything your child has found more tricky, today would be a good opportunity to watch the video on it, working through the questions they cover.

Lesson 3 - Area of irregular shapes

Please watch the video below to learn about how to find the area of irregular shapes on a squared paper grid.

Have a go at drawing round the Christmas shapes on the squared paper then try to estimate their area, using the squares.

Lesson 4 - Please continue to practise your times tables and mental maths skills.
