Today we are going to continue our Pirate Blog.

The next part of our blog is jobs - remember that you will need a side heading.

Take a look at these-

Captain - the captain had to oversee all the men and he had to be a good navigator.

Quarter Master - second in command to the captain. They would be responsible for keeping order on ship.

Boatswain - responsible for checking the sails and the rigging.

Carpenter - responsible for repairing the wooden parts of the ship.

Cabin Boy - a young child who worked on board the ship. They were often on board the ship because they had been kidnapped.

Things to consider in your writing:

side heading

presentation

punctuation (all of the punctuation that we have learnt, thus far).
