Can you think what sort of words we will need for instruction writing?

We need time words so that we can make our potion in the correct order - which one on these words will we use to start out instructions?

Next,  After that, First, Finally, Then,

We would start our instructions with the word, 'first' and end our instructions with the word, 'finally'.

Now we need to think of bossy verbs - a short, clear way of telling someone to do something, e.g. 'put'

Your job is to think of or make a list of bossy verbs that you might use in your instructions.

You do not need to write the instructions today!
