Please keep counting in twos, fives and tens when you have a spare moment. Let your child choose different actions for counting in twos. For example, your child might touch his or her toes using two hands. Alternatively, they could jump on the spot using two feet. For many children, more energetic actions are more fun, especially when you join in too! Count in fives by clapping together, gradually getting faster. Once your child is confident, please count backwards too.
