Spring is in the air :)

Welcome back!

We hope that everybody had a wonderful half term holiday :)

We are starting this half term with a non -curriculum day. It be Pirate Day - AGGHHHHHH!

If you are not in school today, you could pretend to be a pirate at home.

Here are some suggestions:

Pretend your toys are pirates - you can give them pirate voices and names

If you have any pirate stories at home, you could read them with your grown-up

Draw some pirate pictures - if you do this, then we would love to see them

Practise your 2x, 5x and 10x tables - try saying them in a pirate voice

Dress up as a pirate

Make a treasure map

Make up your own treasure chest - use a box and put things inside (buttons make good pirate coins :) and if you have toy money then that could go in too).

Later in the week we will be writing about Pirate Day.
