Before/After School Club Assistant (Preschool)

Pay Scale:             Band H SCP 14-17 £14.91-£16.25, term time only, full time weekly 22.5hrs.  Monday to                                     Friday 7.15-9am & 3.15-6pm

                     

Holy Trinity CofE Primary School is looking to recruit a Full Time Before/After Schools Club Assistant  to work at our school’s wraparound care club to care for our preschoolers. We provide care for Preschool,Infant and Junior children in a safe, exciting and stimulating environment.  We are seeking a passionate candidate who are able to uphold the current values and ethos of the school and create a wonderful space for pupils to enjoy. The post holder will be responsible for the direction of, and working with other assistants, provision and co-ordination of childcare services and activities. NVQ Level3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Holy Trinity CofE Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) with barred list check is required for all successful applicants.

Posts offered are likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations and the successful applicant will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether they are disqualified under these regulations.

In line with KCSIE 2022 and safer recruitment practices, Holy Trinity Primary will conduct an online search for all shortlisted candidates. The online search is part of our safeguarding checks and will seek publicly available information on candidates’ suitability to work with children. Shortlisted candidates will be provided with further guidance and will be asked to clarify their online presence
