As part of our Geography (continents) and Science (Living things and their habitats) learning, this week we will be learning about Antarctica.

Please watch the videos below or use the PPT to find out about what the Antarctic habitat is like.

We will then be creating posters about Antarctica, using words and pictures to show what Antarctica is like, some of the animals and birds that live there and how some of them are adapted to survive (eg. how do they keep warm?).  Here is an example poster about the continent of Antarctica, try to include some more about the animals and plants on yours too!
