Science: For the day's activity, label the five different food groups and draw and label exactly what you have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day. Make sure they go into the correct food group on the Eatwell plate.
If you need to draw this out, draw around a plate and use a ruler to split your plate into the five food groups. Have fun!
