Our new story for retelling is Peace at Last by Jill Murphy.  Below are some pictures of objects from the story.  We would like you to use these clues to predict what might happen.  Can your adult think about the clues and tell you an idea?  Can you tell your adult your own idea?  With your adult there with you, you could look online at the front cover and the blurb to give you extra clues.  When you have decided what you prediction is, please draw a picture to show us.  You can write a caption to go with your picture.  If you are a confident writer, we would like a sentence telling us what is happening in your picture.  Make sure you use a capital letter and full stop.  We would also be delighted if you write a couple of words as labels for parts of your picture.
