Activity 4 – The Journey of Food

Now is your turn to be creative. In your own way explain how food travels through the body. Here are some ideas to help you:

• Create a story from a piece of foods point of view (make sure you use scientific language)
• Create a comic strip of how food is digested
• Draw an outline of yourself (could do this outside with chalk) and place on it the parts of the digestive system.
