Remember - we all have the right too feel safe all of the time. This week, we're going to look at ways of reducing our (and other's) worry and anxiety and improving our mental health.
First we must recognise how we know we are anxious or worried about something. What do we call the signs that our body gives us to let us know that we don't feel safe and happy? Our Early Warning Signs.
Create a poster of the A-Z of what Early Warning Signs might be - for example B might be 'Butterflies in tummy' or S could be 'Shakey legs'. Can you think of something for every letter of the Alphabet?
