Today we would like you to create a story map for your own story.

Once again, you can draw a sequence of pictures in the order that the story will happen or you can draw a backward s like we use in class and place the events along the line.

Things to remember:

It is really important to have a beginning, a middle and an end (placed correctly on your plan).

You are going to draw your new characters on the plan.

You are going to draw your chosen magic object on the plan.

Your story will still need a repeated phrase for the magic object to start and stop.

For example it could be, Cook little jar cook' - keep your repeated phrase short.

Write your repeated phrase on your plan.

Write some words on your plan to help you. For example, who the characters are.
