Holy Trinity C of E Primary School

Rooted in faith, we reach for the stars.

Safeguarding

Holy Trinity C of E Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff, governors, visitors, volunteers and parents to share this commitment.

We expect that everyone working within the school will create an environment where all children and adults have an equal right to protection, irrespective of gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual identity, or culture. All adults are required to maintain an open mind and adopt an attitude of ‘It could happen here’ when it comes to safeguarding matters.

When concerns arise regarding the welfare of a child, staff members must always prioritise the best interests of that child. We all have a role to play in protecting children from child abuse and neglect. It is our responsibility to ensure that these expectations are not merely stated but ingrained into the fabric of our school culture. To achieve this, we have identified and implemented relevant policies designed to support and uphold our safeguarding commitments.

Together, we can create a safe and nurturing environment for everyone at our school.
