Today we are going to write the story of Boogie Bear. You will need:

 

special lined paper

a sharp pencil

a word mat

a tricky word mat

some phonics mats

 

Remember to say each sentence out loud a few times to 'hold it in you head' before you write it. Stretch out the words to hear the sounds and use your phonic mats to help you find the graphemes (letters) you need. 

 

Don't forget to read back each sentence to check it.
