Today we are going to write the story of The Three Billy Goats Gruff in your own words. Use your story map from last week and the word mat below. Remember to start each sentence with a capital letter and end it with a full stop. Try to use some conjunctions (and, but, because) in your writing too. Include some of the wonderful descriptive words you have been thinking about during this unit as well. 

Do as much as you can. It is better to write one or two sentences really well than to try and do more but not take care. Keep reading back your sentences to check they make sense. Some of you could now write a whole page and remember all your capital letters and full stops.
