We have added a music folder that has some suggested videos from Mrs Herrero.  Your children may like to view these and join in with the singing activities.

Dear Parents and Carers,

Soon we will be returning to school and the Year 2 team are very excited.  We would like to say a big thank you to children and parents, for all of your hard work at home.  We have loved seeing the work that the children have been doing both by email and on zoom, but we cannot wait to have the children back in school - we are so looking forward to it.

Next week (wc 1st March) there will not be any individual reading sessions with Mrs Minshell and Miss Cottrell. However, supplementary sessions will still take place as timetabled. 

Please continue to read with your child at home.

NB: Spelling test in school, will begin again on the 12th of March.  We will handout new spellings to the children when they return on the 8th of March - please practise these spellings with your child, in preparation for the 12th.

Please test the ones for this week (see below - spelling) at home.

Maths info: Please note, for Friday's zoom, we will be doing a practical activity together.  It would be useful for your child to have straws, sticks, pencils or similar and blu-tack, plasticene or similar for the zoom.
