This week, we will revisit the 5 food groups on the eatwell plate and think in more detail about why each type of food is important.  

 

It could be useful to rewatch the video from Week 11.  Then have a go at matching the pictures with the writing on the PPT.

 

Can you then write a sentence for each food group on the food groups sheet, explaining whether we should eat a lot or a little of that food and why?
