Week Three
Transition Challenge - Week Three
Hello Cormorants and Seahorses! We hope you are having a wonderful holiday and were able to create some art last week inspired by James Brunt and Andy Goldsworthy. We would love to see what you have been creating so get in touch with us on Twitter with your projects.
When we come back to school in September, our first topic will be World War One. This is a really significant period in history and there is so much information for us to get stuck into learning. For this week's challenge we would like you to become a reporter and interview members of your family or people you may know who have personal experiences of WWI, we would love for you to collect lots of information and bring it in in September so we can all hear the stories.
In English we will be focusing on the book "Stay Where You Are and then Leave", we recommend that you come to school in September with your own copy. Although please do not read it before we come back to school as we will be doing lots of work with the book in our lessons.
Watch the video below to hear more from Miss Smith and Ms. Castle about this week's challenge
As always we would love to see your creations so send your pictures in to the class Twitter pages https://twitter.com/Seahorses_Class and https://twitter.com/cormorantsclass
