Session 1:

Today we would like you to think write the beginning of your story, which is your own version of Little Red Reading Hood (please see last week’s learning).

Use you plan to help you (if you were in school last week and do not have your plan – do not worry, try your best to remember or you could write your own version of Little Red reading Hood, without making any changes to the characters (see last week’s planning – you may wish to watch the video again, of the story).

Things to remember when writing your story this week:

Letter formation

Size of writing

Capital letters and full stops

Writing in sequence

Try to include some adjectives

Try to include time openers, e.g. Next, Then, After that, A while later

Challenge: Include some adverbs
