At Holy Trinity C of E Primary School, our Key Stage 1 School Council helps younger pupils share their ideas and feel confident that their voices matter. Children learn how to listen to others, take turns speaking and work together to help improve school life.

School Council members are chosen fairly and represent the views of their class, sharing ideas about learning, playtimes and wellbeing. Through this role, pupils begin to understand fairness, responsibility and respect, supported by our Christian ethos and C— Community, Aspiration, Resilience and Enjoyment.

School Council provides a strong foundation for pupil leadership, helping children develop confidence, kindness and a sense of belonging as part of our school community.
