We would like to kindly remind all families that children must be booked onto wraparound session, both before and after school, prior to attending. Recently, we have noticed an increase in pupils arriving for wraparound sessions which have not been pre-booked.

When this happens, our wraparound care and teaching assistant staff must leave the children already in their care to speak with parents and update MagicBooking. This takes valuable time away from the children and affects the smooth running of our sessions.

Please may we ask all parents to check bookings carefully when making them to ensure your child is registered for the correct session before they arrive at their breakfast or afterschool session.

As stated in our terms and conditions, if the school is required to make or amend a booking on your behalf, a £10 administration fee will be applied.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us to keep our wraparound care running efficiently and focused on the children.
